The www.alures.pl website is a cost-free Internet service, addressed to current and future Clients of ALURES sp. z o.o.

ALURES sp. z o.o. has made efforts to ensure that the materials contained on the www.alures.pl website in the form of all kinds of text and graphic elements, come from reliable and trustworthy sources. However, it assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, validity and completeness of publications and data presented in the service. Therefore, it shall not be liable for any errors and omissions, and in particular for the consequences of the User's use of information available on the Website.

ALURES sp. z o.o. informs that the data contained on the Website and linked websites is for informational purposes only. Periodic updates of the Service are foreseen, nevertheless ALURES sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the content of some or all of the Service, at the time selected by itself, without prior notice to the Users.

Any actions infringing the copyright and trademark rights of ALURES sp. z o.o. and its subsidiaries will be subject to the highest restrictions. Without written consent of the publisher of the Portal it is forbidden to copy and process part or all of the materials contained at www.alures.pl, to duplicate IT solutions, to link to www.alures.pl.

Information from the contact form shall be used to prepare an initial offer and to establish contact with the User. Both this and any other information is processed and stored with due diligence and confidentiality standards and in accordance with the provisions of the Polish law.

Providing ALURES sp. z o.o. with a User's email address and agreeing to use it for correspondence purposes is a condition for starting the enquiry handling process. Information concerning submitted enquiries shall be delivered to the User by e-mail, phone or post.

ALURES sp. z o.o. does not sell, transfer or lend collected data to other entities and institutions. Any exceptions from this rule may be made only with the explicit consent of the User.

The Website uses a technology called "cookies", which saves short notes on the User's computer via the HTTP server hosting the domain www.alures.pl, making it easier to identify the User in the future. It is possible to switch off the option of using cookies in the Internet browser, without any consequences in the form of any difficulties in using the Website.

Personal information as well as phone and address information shall be accessible only to individuals adequately prepared to do so and pursuant to the principles compliant with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on documentation of personal data processing and technical and organisational conditions which should be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 100, item 1024).

ALURES sp. z o.o. is solely responsible for the Privacy Policy of its own Internet Service www.alures.pl. It is not responsible for the protection of personal data in other Services, in particular those publishers whose websites link to www.alures.pl, as well as those whose links are located at www.alures.pl.

ALURES sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Any matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
